Challenge
Work orders were printed or screenshotted. Sites with no coverage became a pile of notes to retype at the hotel.
Approach
A mobile client that keeps the day’s jobs on device, captures photos and signatures offline, and syncs when the van finds a network.
Outcome
Technicians finish the visit on site. The office sees the packet without a second round of typing.
