Challenge
Loads, yards, and exceptions lived in three tools. Every morning started by reconstructing a picture that was already out of date.
Approach
We sat with dispatch for the overlap of two shifts, then shipped a single board: loads, exceptions, and ETAs, with the radio-call notes attached to the record they belong to.
Outcome
The morning rebuild is gone. Planners open one board. Exceptions are a queue, not a memory.
