Patients booked in one tool. Clinicians lived in another. The front desk reconciled the two by hand.
Approach
One record for the appointment, the patient, and the room. Staff and patients see different doors into the same data, with access that matches the role.
Outcome
Double booking dropped out of the workflow because there is no second calendar to drift.
