Each brand had been a separate build. A price change meant repeating it, and getting one of them wrong.
Approach
A shared catalog with brand-specific storefronts, inventory rules, and a merchandising desk that edits once.
Outcome
A new brand is a configuration, not a new codebase. Price and stock stay in agreement.
